The pet fee is $500 for the first pet and $350 for an additional pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month, and a maximum of two pets are permitted per apartment.

Aggressive dogs or any dog with a bite history will not be accepted. An in-person animal interview will be required for all pets, as well as service or support animals, as early as possible prior to the move-in date. During this interview, a photo of the animal will be taken, and copies of vaccination records, city permits, and any other required documentation must be provided for the lease file.
