    23-Story ‘Lumaire’ Completes Construction at 201 Clearwater Drive, West Palm Beach, FL

    Lumaire, a 23-story residential venture in Downtown West Palm Beach, has finished construction and is now leasing. Multi-Housing News reports that the community features 457 “light-filled residences”, with floorplans ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments.

    According to Apartments.com, homes span from 451 to 1,212 square feet, with monthly rent hovering around $1,800 a month. In-unit offerings include European-inspired kitchens, floor-to-ceiling impact windows, and views of the greater West Palm Beach area and the adjacent Clear Lake.

    The venture measures 23 stories and offers 457 apartments.

    Lumaire boasts more than 40,000 square feet of amenity space, with such amenities including a seventh-story resort-style swimming pool and yoga studio, among other offerings. Residents will also enjoy the dog park and grooming station, EV charging stations, and co-working space. Multi-Housing News says that Lumaire is one of many new rental communities that offer a full-sized pickleball court.

    CLA+D is the architect and CetraRuddy is the interior designer. Highmark Residential is managing the property, and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling the marketing and leasing aspect. Being a 23-story tower, Lumaire is one of the tallest buildings in Downtown West Palm Beach.

    It’s located at 201 Clearwater Drive, West Palm Beach, FL, 33401, in Palm Beach County. The venture is north of the Kravis Center and an eight-minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport.
